End of term review

Science Fair

For science fair this term I decided to test if video games improve hand eye coordination. We started in week 2 and finished in week 8 and presented them on week 9.  My results where that video games do improve you hand eye coordination. The way I tested this was I had two tests one online and one physical, The online test is a game called Obechi and the physical test you have to throw a ball at a wall with one hand and catch it with the other.

PE

For PE in Rimu we have Round Robin, Multi Sport and my favourite Dodge-Ball. We play these on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, the whole of rimu get together to compete in these activities. For round robin the house gets split into 8 groups and then compete in different sports. For Dodge-Ball the house get's spit into two groups and vs each other.

Clarify social experiment

The word social means when someone do something with someone else. The word experiments means that you test how well something will work e.g for my science fair I experimented how well video games improve hand eye co-ordination. Maybe this video is about someone who get random people and tests their social skills around other people.

Aim: To find out how people react anonymous to insults and compliments.√

Hypothesis: I predict that people who get insulted will walk away but the people who get compliments will stay for longer.√

Equipment:
Speaker
Sound recording or insults and compliments√
Populated area

Method

1. Place the speaker in a populated spot
2. When someone walks past play the sound recording√

Results:
My hypothesis was correct and people who were insulted walked away and people who got complimented stayed for longer.√

Conclusion: In conclusion people got confused when they got complimented and the people that got insulted the god mad or angry and walked away.√
